IStaticDataRepository
This service stores and provides access to EntityStaticData and maintains the relationship between Component types and their corresponding Component Static Data types.
Entity Static Data is populated from the IStaticDataFactory and indexed by ID for efficient lookup. The repository also discovers Component implementations and builds mappings that allow systems to resolve a runtime Component type from its Static Data type and vice versa.
