EmptyMessage
EmptyMessage is a built-in BaseMessage used when a Topic or AsyncTopic is intended purely as a signal and no payload data needs to be transmitted.
For these cases, the static Default instance should generally be used instead of creating a new EmptyMessage for every broadcast. This avoids unnecessary allocations for a message that carries no state.
