This service maintains the collection of currently loaded [[Chunk|Chunks]]. It is used to register and unregister Chunks as their load state changes and provides lookup access to the currently loaded Chunk set.

^Description | Attempts to register specified [[Chunk]] as loaded. Returns true if the Chunk was successfully registered. Returns false if the Chunk is already registered. |

^Description | Removes specified [[Chunk]] from the collection of loaded Chunks. Nothing happens if the Chunk is not currently registered. |
